show Abstracthide AbstractThe six wheat-Thinopyrum disomic substitution lines were previously generated by hybridization of hexploid bread wheat with its diploid wild relative Thinopyrum elongatum. To identify transcriptomic changes associated with the introduction of the 3E and 7E chromosomes into the wheat genome, we conducted RNA-seq analysis to compare each of the six substitution lines with both CS and Tel parents. Three replicates for each line was used for analysis.
